We are officially a 5-star hotel—come see for yourself! Our official star rating is recognized by the National Tourism Agency of the Republic of Moldova.

2. How far are you from Chișinău International Airport (KIV)? Can you pick me up?

We are just 45 km from Chișinău city and 60 km from the airport—about 45–50 minutes by car. We don't have a shuttle bus, but we're happy to arrange a private transfer for you. Just let us know your flight details when booking, and we’ll have a driver waiting.

3. What's included in a wine tour? Is it just for connoisseurs?

Our tours are for everyone, from beginners to true connoisseurs! You can choose a tasting of our award-winning wines (winery has received over 300 medals at international competitions) in one of two dedicated tasting rooms, including an AR projection called The Legend of Wine. We also offer unique wine blending masterclasses for groups or families.

4. Do you have a spa? I'm looking for a pool, sauna, or jacuzzi.

We have a modern sauna and hot tub ready for you to unwind in after a day exploring. While we don't have a full-service spa or swimming pool (yet), the hot tub is a favorite among our guests. We also have table tennis, darts, and billiards for some friendly competition.

5. What's the restaurant like? Do I need to book in advance?

Our restaurant blends European and traditional Moldovan cuisine, all crafted from local ingredients. Yes, especially for dinner, or if you want the best spot with a vineyard view, a reservation is a great idea.

6. Can you host a wedding or private event? How many people can fit?

Absolutely, our restaurant is a favorite for weddings. We have two elegant dining rooms that can host up to 260 seated guests. We love hosting both indoor banquets and scenic outdoor celebrations. Reach out to our events team, and we’ll send you our wedding packages and menu options.

7. Is there free parking? Do I need to worry about finding a spot?

We have free private on-site parking available, and no reservation is required. However, if you're coming during a busy event weekend, giving us a heads-up ensures a spot.

8. Are you open all year round? What's the best time to visit?

We are open all year round! Many think summer is best, but we love the golden autumn here—there's nothing like a wine tour when the leaves are changing. The atmosphere is magical during our Wine Day celebration in October.

9. What's your cancellation policy?

It depends on when you're visiting. You can cancel free of charge up to 72 hours before check-in.

10. Do you serve breakfast? Is it included in the room price?

Our delicious breakfast is available for an extra fee, and you can add it when you book. It's a varied spread suitable for both children and adults—a perfect fuel-up before a day of exploring the wineries or heading to Orhei Old Town.

11. Is the hotel child-friendly? What's there for kids to do?

We love having families! The hotel is very kid-friendly—there's plenty of outdoor space to run around, and our restaurant offers kids' meals and a safe playground. We have a dedicated children's playground on the property.

12. Can I bring my dog?

We don't allow pets anywhere on the property, with the exception of licensed service animals. This policy is strictly enforced to maintain our high standards of cleanliness and comfort.
